I have not heard too much about bullying online before that class session. But aparently it is a problem with some web sites. Its probably not fair for a group or body of users to gang up on one person. There was that issue with that girl getting ganged up on by 4-Chan for her being a punk rocker or something or other. Well all that stuff that people post on the computer stays there for a long time and you never know who is reading what. There really is no need for someone to hate on someone else on the internet… to each his own. People can be pretty mean sometimes and its really not fair to certain people to be ganged up on.

i agree that this growing trend of cyberbullying is not fair to anyone because it hurts everyone. there is no need to be mean but having a way to do so -internet- tempts people to go ahead and bully.
